Meet our staff! In addition to the many valuable volunteers and seasonal program staff that make it
possible for Camp Twin Lakes to carry out its mission, the organization employs several talented and committed
professionals on a full-time, year-round basis.

Executive Director

Eric has been the Executive Director at Camp Twin Lakes since September, 2005. Based in Atlanta, Eric oversees
all staff and operations of Camp Twin Lakes and works closely with the Board of Directors to set goals and
implement CTL's strategic plan. His favorite camp song is "Rise and Shine" and he has fond memories of hiking
the Appalachian Trail when he was a camper. In addition to children's camps, he has also directed a camp for
senior citizens.

Director of Camping Services

Dan is the Camp Director and is based out of CTL-Rutledge. He is a certified recreation therapist and he manages camp operations, partner relations, food service, medical oversight, and site and facilities. He has worked with Camp Twin Lakes since 1993,
starting out on a partner camp's staff, moving to summer staff in 1999, and ultimately working full time
as Camp Director in 2000. Dan loves the ropes course and drumming, and his favorite camp song is "Love Is."
He also loves watching children do more than they ever thought possible!

After volunteering on the Junior board for three years, Jessie became CTL's Director of Development in 2008.
Jessie works in the Atlanta office and is in charge of fundraising and all individual, foundation, and corporate
donor cultivation. Her favorite camp activity is the climbing wall. As a kid, Jessie loved sitting around
the bonfire at summer camp, and she still prefers her marshmallows slightly burnt.

Corporate Relations Manager

Leslie has been the Corporate Relations Manager for Camp Twin Lakes since October, 2006. She works in the
Atlanta office and is in charge of Partners Card and the Annual Golf Tournament, and serves as the point-person
for all corporate relationships. At Camp, she enjoys archery and dancing to "Love Is." Leslie dislikes any
food that ends in the letter "o," except for Jell-O (though she might be persuaded to eat the occasional Cheerio).

Community Relations Manager

Michelle joined the Camp Twin Lakes staff in May, 2006 as the Community Relations Manager. Based in the
Atlanta office, Michelle is in charge of communications/PR/marketing, volunteer management, external events
(including the Radiothon), the camp store, and IT. At Camp, she likes playing elbow tag with Dan and sharing
stories with the program staff on stormy nights. Michelle is a camper at heart and is passionate about the
impact that sleep-away camp has on kids' lives. She also firmly believes that anything in life can be related
to an episode of "Friends."

Manager of New Partner Outreach

Nyleta, the Manager of New Partner Outreach at CTL, is a licensed and certified recreation therapist. Nyleta
provides support, direction and implementation of programs with partner organizations, including residential
weeklong camps, residential weekend camps, day camps, hospital based programs, adaptive clinics and retreats.
Nyleta joined the staff in the Atlanta office in the fall of 2007, but she has been a member of the CTL family
since she was on summer staff from 1994 to 1997. Nyleta says that Camp is her "happy place" and her favorite
activity is the ropes course. Nyleta loves watching the fog rest on the upper lake after a mid-summer rain
storm, and she is a certified sky diver.

Brenda started with CTL in the spring of 2009 as the Controller, based in the Atlanta office. She handles
all accounting functions, improves cost effectiveness, provides financial reports, and helps meet financial
goals. She enjoyed swimming and diving at summer camp as a child and uses interior design magazines as an
escape from stressful days.

Special Events Coordinator

Adam joined the Camp Twin Lakes family in 2009 as the Special Events Coordinator. Working in the Atlanta
office, Adam focuses on Camp Dance and Spin for Kids, in addition to providing support for other events
throughout the year. As a kid at summer camp, Adam enjoyed playing in the mud and various lake activities.
His favorite camp songs are "Lean on Me" and "American Pie." You can find Adam's desk by looking for the
two and a half-foot tall Superman doll watching over him.

Kat is the Development Associate and works in the Atlanta office. She is in charge of database management,
works on grant applications and assists with the Board of Directors. Kat has been with CTL since 2007, and
she enjoys canoeing and dancing to "Peanut Butter and Jelly" after lunch.

Skip is CTL's Office Coordinator in Atlanta. Having worked with the organization since February, 2007, he
manages the office, answers the phones and handles human resources and data entry. Skip loves backpacking
and camping out. He has fond memories of meeting his wife at summer camp and watching his own kids enjoy
being campers and staff at summer camps. Skip's favorite camp song is "Puff the Magic Dragon," but his
favorite band is the Grateful Dead.

Site and Facilities Manager

Rick is the Site and Facilities Director at CTL- Rutledge. He has been part of the CTL family since 1995.
Rick and his staff maintain the physical structures of Camp and ensure that CTL- Rutledge continues to be a
clean and safe environment for our campers. Rick enjoys camping and spending time with his wife and their
four children.

David is a Site and Facilities Coordinator in Rutledge and manages the project construction and general
maintenance of Camp. David has been with Camp Twin Lakes since 2007. He has five children and working at
Camp Twin Lakes has made him appreciate them more. David is also a proud grandfather, affectionately known
as "Papa Dave."

Jeffrey Hinkle is the Chef Manager for Camp Twin Lakes. He is based in Rutledge and manages food service at
both CTL-Rutledge and CTL-Will-A-Way. This includes creating healthy and tasty menus and making bellies happy!
Jeffrey (a.k.a. Cheffrey) joined the CTL team in March of 2010. His favorite memory of Camp is the first time
he saw CTL campers smiling, dancing, and singing like they didn't have a care in the world! Jeffrey likes
paddle boats and mountain biking, and he loves to make cheesecake.

Martha (more commonly known as Ms. Martha) has been with Camp Twin Lakes since the very first summer in
1993. She supervises the dining room and assists with serving and cleaning up of meals, snacks, and special
camp programs. Her favorite camp song is "Love Is," and she loves when everyone is singing songs together in
the Dining Hall.

Housekeeping Coordinator

Michelle is the Housekeeping Coordinator at CTL-Rutledge and has been a part of the team since August, 2003.
She makes sure that Camp stays clean and is always ready for the next group of campers. Michelle's favorite
camp song is "Ice Cream and Cake," and her favorite camp activity is tie-dyeing t-shirts.

Paige has been a member of the CTL family since she was a camper. She spent several summers on program
staff before joining the full-time staff as a presidential fellow and now a Program Coordinator. Paige
manages, plans, directs, and supervises CTL-Rutledge's programmatic services and serves as a member of the
Camp management team, which includes serving as host for Partner organizations on rotating weekends. Paige's
favorite camp song is "Love Is" and her favorite activity is the ropes course, but what she loves most is
seeing campers smile when they first get out of their wheelchair and onto a horse.

Laura (a.k.a. Laura Jae) joined the CTL family as summer staff in 2008. She was the director of outdoor
adventure for the summer of 2009 and began her presidential fellowship in September, 2009. Laura provides
programmatic support for CTL-Rutledge. Her favorite memory from Camp is watching a camper who had a
prosthetic leg climb all the way to the top of the climbing wall. Laura loves the ropes course and is a
certified SCUBA diver.

Matt Moss
Groundskeeper
Matt joined the staff of Camp Twin Lakes in March of 2007. He works with the maintenance staff at
CTL-Rutledge. Matt has been instrumental in helping to take care of the organic garden at CTL-Rutledge.
Matt's favorite camp activity is the ropes course and he also loves hunting.

Camp Manager

Josh began at CTL as program staff in 1999, moved to Program Director in 2001, and has now been the
CTL-Will-A-Way Camp Manager since 2008. As Camp Manager, he oversees all CTL-Will-A-Way facility functions
including booking, hiring, scheduling, maintenance and management. He enjoys the ropes course and canoeing,
and loves seeing the look on a child's face when she discovers that she can do anything she sets her mind to.
He also likes dancing to "Tootie Tottie"

Site and Facilities Coordinator

Jeremy has been with Camp Twin Lakes since March, 1999. He worked at CTL-Rutledge until the opening of our
second site, CTL-Will-A-Way, where he is now responsible for coordinating overall site and facility
maintenance. Jeremy is a jack of all trades and can often be seen in the kitchen, on a tractor, or
leading a woodworking session with campers. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys fishing.

Ashley is the Hospitality Coordinator at CTL-Will-A-Way. She coordinates all extra-use programming and
maintains a clean and healthy campsite. Ashley joined the CTL team in April of 2009. She loves the ropes
course and her favorite camp song is "Baby Shark." What you might not know is that Ashley is a master at
origami!

Luke joined the Camp Twin Lakes staff in 2009 as a presidential fellow, after two summers on program staff.
Luke is responsible for program coordination at CTL-Will-A-Way. His favorite activity at Camp is the high
ropes course and he loves singing "Going on a Bear Hunt." Luke has fond memories of helping a camper with
limited mobility conquer his fears and complete the ropes course and zip line- he will never forget the
smile on that camper's face! When he is not changing lives, Luke feels strongly that spontaneous dancing
is always an option.

Medical Coordinator

Erica Forst is the Medical Coordinator for Camp Twin Lakes. She oversees the medical program at
CTL-Rutledge and CTL-Will-A-Way, providing support and assistance to our Camp partners, maintaining
policies, procedures, and best practices, and ensuring the upkeep of both of our medical lodges. Erica
was on CTL summer staff in 2006 and has been a volunteer nurse for Camp Partners since then. She joined
the CTL team as Medical Coordinator in May of 2010. Erica loves water activities and her favorite camp
song is "Princess Pat." She loves seeing campers who have spent their lives in and out of the healthcare
system getting to let go and enjoy just being a kid at Camp. When she's not at Camp, Eric works nights
at the PICU at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston (she hates early mornings!).
